It’s 6am and my 3 year old is waking me up. As roll out of my bed on this Sunday morning I thought about digging up some motivational tools that I used to employ on days that I just didn’t feel like dragging myself to the gym or track. These guidelines used to keep me stimulated through thick and thin and hopefully it will do the same for you.
1. Your body is a temple and a gift from God. Respect it as such.
2. What you put into your body is what you will get out from it.
3. 45-60 minutes of exercise each day today sounds a lot better than 2-3 hours sitting in a doctors office, in the ER, or waiting in the pharmacy in the future.
I hope that my words become a catalyst for inspiration to you this morning.
